The Siouxland Red Cross provides disaster
assistance for fires, floods and other disasters that
creates an emergency need for people.
The Sioux City Gospel Mission provides shelter, food
and job seeking assistance to anyone who has a
need for these services.
Opportunities Unlimited assists people with
disabilities with residential care and treatment
programs.
One-stop center that offers workforce development
services to persons who have recently moved to Iowa
and are seeking employment.
Working to help meet the basic needs of Siouxland’s
Latino residents.  Services include interpretation &
translation, education, madres y ninos & housing.
Celebrates the broad cultural diversity within the
Latino community; and develops organizations,
structures, and support programs related to it.
Providing Siouxland with a link between people with
problems and people with solutions.  Assists with four
primary programs, Emergency Assistance, Money
Management, Cultural Services & Senior Programs.
The Siouxland Humane Society provides services
and programs that promote the humane treatment of
animals in the Siouxland area.
Provides care & support to those affected by
Alzheimer's while working to reduce the effects of
dementia by promoting brain health.
An order of men called to reclaim the sacred
masculine for our time through initiation, training, and
action in the world.  There are more than 730 New
Warriors in the Siouxland Community.

Private 4 year college rooted in strong liberal arts
tradition.  Morningside College's exceptional mass
communications department houses Siouxland
Community Media's studio.
Women Aware is a non-profit organization dedicated
to transforming the emotional and economic future of
women in transition, through advocacy, education,
information, and referral.
Cinco de Mayo Siouxland, the premier regional
celebration of Hispanic culture, will include a parade
on Dakota Avenue in South Sioux City, Neb. followed
by a festival of events at the Marina Inn Exhibit Hall.

From family nutrition to financial planning; from 4-H to
economic development; from parenting to gardening,
Woodbury County Extension is here for you!
The program assists individuals and families with rent
and mortgage assistance based on income.  They
also provide a grant for mortgage down payment.
Workers have rights that protect them from unfair
treatment by employers, but knowledge is power, so
workers must educate themselves if they are going to
exert their rights of employment.
A Child-Friendly program dedicated to serving child
victims of abuse.  The program assists the child
though detection & prevention of abuse, and helps
with treatment and follow -up services.
Sioux City's premier Christian music festival.  In
connection this year with the Crossroads Worship
Conference.
